In August 2008, OLEX, a world-renowned cable manufacturer, ordered a 330 kV 8760-hour long-term resonant reactor for accelerated aging test of high-voltage cables from Suzhou Huadian. The reactor is 2.6 meters high, 1.4 meters in diameter, and weighs 5.4 tons per unit. It will be exported to Melbourne at the end of September.
